“I always have great experiences here. I send anywhere from 15-50 packages out each month for my small business and the two ladies working are always so kind and helpful. Katie and Matthew spent time this morning looking into a lost package for me/my customer and gave me individualized attention to try to get to the root of the issue. This place treats you right.”

“I have experienced mail service from all over the USA and the best service I have ever received is right here in Mount Jackson, VA. Everyone I have met at the Post Office and the different carriers I have had here all show that they actually care about customer service and practice it on a daily basis.”
“I live just a little north off 42 but my sister lives there so I come that way to visit her or to go to Harrisonburg. I stop fairly often at this PO and the last two stops I dealt with Mike at the window. Both times, and I'm sure others in the past, Mike has shown to be very friendly and efficient. His friendly small talk is appreciated. I've never had a bad visit there but Mike certainly has been great to deal with. Sorry, I wish I had his last name.”
