We had ,Casey do a transmission fluid flush at about 100,000!miles, a starter motor replaced at about 140,000 miles, all done well and with no problems. The right front wheel bearing replacement was done quickly and well, when it began howling. Casey has been a good dealer since we’ve had this Honda. We strongly recommend them.”

Only time I was disappointed is when I had to return a code reader. I’m a former employee at Advance myself, and one employee gave me a hard time processing return stating that “they have a special coding and we can tell if they were used” which I’ve never heard of or seen myself and I have a very hard time believing…. Otherwise I recommend this location all day”

“I broke my front bumper and needed it entirely replaced. I went to Fender Benders Saturday morning (I broke the bumper Friday night), and Mr. Mike was super friendly and helpful! He quickly assessed the damage, gave me a fare estimate, and told me how the process would work. Mr. Mike patched up the bumper so it was safe to drive until I could bring it in for repair, which I greatly appreciated as I use my car daily! He updated me on when the bumper was ordered, when it would be painted, and when I should bring it in for installation. When I called or texted with questions, he was quick to respond. I had my accident on Friday and had a new bumper by the following Thursday! I am a student at CNU, and I would recommend this place to any students! It is super close to campus, which gave my parents peace of mind knowing I didn't need to drive too far with a partly broken bumper held loosely together with duct tape! Thank you again!”
“Terrible experience with this company. In fact the worse. Brought my vehicle in on March 30 to have a bumper replaced. It took over a month for parts to be ordered and delivered and repaired all the way to May 5th. Worse, during the first two weeks no one called to let me know what was going on. I had to call them. They only made calls more frequently when I threatened to pick up my truck. It get's worse, at the beginning I was told the estimate to repair was 681.90. I had to pay 341.00 up front leaving a balance 282.60. To my surprise, however, after over a month of waiting, they tell me I have a balance of 528.52. OVER 240.OO OVER THE BALANCE! Of course I protest. The original service writer was not there so the manager comes over. I explained my dilemma and the most I got from him was his folding his arms and looking straight ahead. Little to no eye contact. My opinion is this kind of reaction to a customer who feels he is getting cheated, speaks to the integrity of this business. He did not take the time to explain thouroughly, did not address the invoice, nothing, just pay your balance and then says the guy who wrote me up will be in on Monday. That;s it. Of course, there was no call t meon Monday, I had to call them. The response... "we're working on it". We're working on it _ that's the response. Well that isnt working wither because its 5:35 on Monday and no follow up call even after I call them. Give them your business if you want to, but I would not take my bicycle back to Bay Custom Auto to change a fender on it. I'm in no way done with this...the principal that someone who says they operate with integrity, and then don't is not something I am willing to go quietly into the night over.Wrote a post earlier concerning what I felt was not great service. “Was trying to help my sweet elderly family friend out who needed a battery for her car, I called this location and spoke with Joe and he was ever so helpful with finding the right battery she needed, listening to my crazy antics and sob story of the day and installing the battery for her! The manager also allowed me to bring my therapy dog in for a quick 5 mins to help out my friend so my dog didn’t have to wait in the car. 10/10 customer service ! Please give Joe and the manager that was on duty today (8/16/24 @ 1:30pm) a raise, an extra a day off or at least a pizza party. They were super champs who went above and beyond to help these clueless women out and never mad us feel dumb for our 1,000 questions or lack of knowledge. Can’t thank them enough.”
