Dec 11.2025 I came back and got the CAR OF MY DREAMS A radiant red metallic Honda passport trail sport TSE! Rick was able to locate it for me and have it at the dealership within a week. Dana again was wonderful and Ryan in the business office was so easy to deal with. Casey Honda is the BEST. Plus you get so many perks like a lifetime power train warranty and free oil changes and inspections.”

This was the first time we purchased a car online, sight unseen, without a test drive and within another state. This was a lot of unknowns for any cost. However, we put our faith in God and prayed there are still good human beings that worked in car sales. Jelani (Jay) ****** was the perfect God-sent person. “Store number 2390 in Newport News, Va. was great. Friendly, very helpful. Changed my battery in inclement weather. Store number 2115 in Yorktown was the opposite. Not friendly, refused to take care of my battery because of the weather. This all happened on the same day.”
