“I went to return some petite clothes that didn’t fit. I found a good selection of petites in the store. I had stopped going there because of the lack of petite clothes. I hope they keep more petites as I will be a loyal customer again. Found several things when I did my return !!! Way to go Kohl’s !!!”

“Love the store, but no longer have the big bags of coffee beans. Come on, who doesn't like coffee. Unless I just got there after a rush on coffee. Did find a large bag in the clearance area in the Newport News store. Checked the Williamsburg store, and they didn't have it.”
“I always enjoy going to and saving money at Macy's! To name a few outstanding staff members,....Emya at the Mac counter, Kelsie in the jewelry dept, Paul can be found in various departments, Kathy in the home dept....they always provide excellent customer service. The only thing you need is a little patience due to staff shortage.”
“This is about Dillard's men's shoe department - very good selection and well maintained. Much better than Macy's - though Macy's men's clothes department is a little better.”

“This store has a great selection of items! I came in one day while in my third trimester with a broken foot… Jayden and Shazzy had amazing customer service, helped me load my car and all with a smile!
