Trying to cancel my service via phone was literally the worst customer service experience I ever had (there is another review of that). After failing to get it canceled after speaking to two phone reps, I went to the local store. I was in and out in about two minutes and wasn't asked any intrusive questions.

Based on reviews of this store I was prepared for a long wait and poor service, I was wrong. I walked in and, before I could scan in, Stephanie greeted me and immediately went to work on my transaction. I was well taken care of, and out in under 5 minutes. Great job Stephanie
