Explained current plan and pricing and provided new pricing with upgrade. Helped me transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone. Asked if I wanted a case or screen protector, I denied and he was not aggressive or pushy. Tre provided awesome customer service and giving me an excellent customer experience!”

“Let me start by saying I HATE Verizon. They have caused me so much stress throughout the years. But today I had an experience with Vanessa at this location, and despite her being a newer hire, she helped me (at the same time as other people) and handled every single issue I had with ease.Verizon hasn’t even had my name spelled correctly for years and she made sure that was fixed. I had issues on my account and she called corporate and told them to fix it. She was incredible. I live all the way in Norfolk but I refuse to go to any other location than this store. “This target is always stocked, cleaned, and packed! It's evident it's a favorite amongst Newport News residents because how it's always packed. I love target's collections! The new Grayson collective is so adorable! Personally I wish it wasn't always so packed (morning, afternoon, evening, night, weekdays and weekends- I've been here during all those times) but it's just clear how nice of a Target this location is.”

“Fernando was a miracle worker. After 20 plus years as a faithful customer with T mobile, I was ready to switch to a new provider due to a phone call to tmobile on Jan 21st, 2023. The worst CS I've ever received from Tmobile 1800... I finally went in to the store and Fernando was the rep that assisted me. He fixed my issue in literally 3minutes, after an hour on the phone, he took 3 minutrs. He is very knowledgeable and professional... He restored my faith in tmobile ... “Wow! What a terrible person and experience. For one thing the sales person was extremely rude and didn't lead me to any items. All he did was point and say there over there. Second, he had on sunglasses which is very unusual inside a retail store. Third I will definitely tell everyone that I can to stay away from Metro PCs. And that unprofessional man. I felt like I was hated and unwelcome.”
