“Eluxus at The Wireless Zone on Warwick Blvd in Newport News is the most helpful person I've ever met in any Verizon store ever. She made no commissions on a sale, but was rather helping me with an Asurion claim. This required a lot of her time for which she was not going to be extra compensated, but remained polite, helpful, and a complete prossional with the representative on the phone, me, and with the other customers who came into the store. “Think this is an older 5 Below. I'm use to the Coliseum and the other one in Jefferson Commons which I think are newer. Store is small than the 2 I listed above. But you can find great stuff you probably don't need but it's so cute you can't leave without it. Like glasses for my dog come on now I didn't need it but it was cute. Nice variety of Hello Kitty items too. If your a Hello Kitty fan. I buy their t-shirts all the time. They have some cute ones from time to time. I was surprised by their lesser known name cosmetics. They sell the usual Wet n Wild & Rimmel. (I think). Last but not least they have candy and lots of it. Some you've heard of some you haven't. But yeah lots of candy.”
“I give 5 stars because of Johan Llanes, he was very nice to me from day one. He was off work and came all the way to the store to help me get a phone. Also a plan that works for me , we need more workers like him. There was also another man there as well he was very nice and kind as well.”

“Omar and Eric literally went above and beyond to help me today! I wish I could give 500 stars! To make a long story short, GameStop in Gloucester is trash! They sold me the wrong item before xmas for my son and we didn't realize til xmas morning and my son was so sad. They treated me awful and never gave an apology upon returning it and ordering the correct item and then paying $10 more to make it $130 in total. A week later, received the item ordered and on the shipping label it said what I ordered and come to find out it was the same wrong item AGAIN! The call center is horrible and after spending 2 hours on the phone with them and not getting anywhere, was told I had to pay to ship back. Came to the mall today to shop and went in for advice. Not only were they very professional and knowledgeable, they helped me RETURN my item here and FINALLY get what I've been trying to get since before xmas. Please corporate listen to me and give these men a RAISE! I will now only come to this gamestop and live over an hour away bc it's worth the drive! We love ya'll!”

“This is the 7-Eleven convenience store and gas station on Huntington Ave between 29th and 30th street. Its the newest one in the area and it's the best one by far. The store is large, a good number of parking spots in front and three more off to the side. Inside, I like the layout, and the variety of drinks and snacks and essentials available. Condiment section with some fruits available, off to the corner. There's also a chicken fast food spot inside that shares the space. They have some pretty good chicken sandwiches and tenders. ** A big bonus that this 7-Eleven has over others are two restrooms.”
