HaD issue with the queen size mattress sagging in one spot but we were able to exchange nearly 3 years later at no cost (BUY THE WARRANTY)! “We purchased a Buffalo Trace barrel for my husband's office, and were able to stop by the store in person. The photos online are beautiful but they dont do seeing these pieces justice. The craftsmanship is beautiful and I love how they work to try to preserve the stamping on the barrel to bring authenticity to their work. The fire pit barrel is really cool, and I'm now obsessed with an Adirondack chair made out of barrel staves (had to google that ?) that they have. Would absolutely recommend!”

“I highly recommend Lee’s upholstery shop! (Headliner repair) The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. The entire establishment was clean, welcoming, and comfortable, with seating available while I waited. The workmanship on my headliner was truly above expectations—the final result looks fantastic. The pricing was also very fair for the high level of craftsmanship. I will definitely be recommending this place to others. Will be bringing my other car to get the seats repairs.”
“Visited Tous les Jours -Grand Opening. Garlic cheese croissant was delish! Blueberry Cloud delectable and a tasty Matcha Latte helped to curb the risk of sugar coma! The presentation of selections was tantalizing. Trying to select from various confections was like walking through a museum of artwork. Difficult to take them all in with one visit. A happy ending with a pistachio french macaroon made the visit complete!”

“The best part of our experience has been our sales associate, Will Joyner. He has been available for all of our questions and responds with accurate information in a timely manner. He has a great disposition and is genuinely glad to assist us.
Our delivery team was careful and professional and placed our Mira Swim Spa correctly on the cement slab provided. Our only complaint is the lack of assistance and information regarding the chemicals and care for our spa. We were given chemicals but were not prepared to start adding them to the water. We literally had to go to the internet to try and find out what to add and when. We are still not comfortable with the chemical process. A precise, printed sheet would be helpful!”
“The store is always clean and well organized. Even with constantly rotating inventory (furniture) employees take the time to make sure all rows are lined up and there are no empty spaces. We never really know exactly what we are looking for when we come in but the Newport News ReStore makes our search easier. The employees we’ve encountered in our previous purchases have all been helpful and kind. There was a gentleman this past Saturday that helped me when I asked about computer desk chairs. I’m sure we will continue to be repeat customers.”

“I shopped at Mattress Firm with a mission for new pillows. The sales consultant listened to what I was trying to achieve and recommended 2 types of pillows. After trying both a made my purchase and waiting for delivery. My sales person who helped me is Fortune, she is knowledgeable about her products, friendly, considerate and did not push me or persuade me in either direction. She was so knowledgeable after testing my pillow I inquired about the mattress because it was just as comfortable as the pillow. I recommend this store and I recommend Fortune she is awesome”
