“I attended a soundscapes concert. The music was terrific. These young people are prodigies. This program was established in 2009, in the Newport news school system. I want to thank the organizers of the program, for a well planned evening. I am asking all who may read this, to please support soundscapes with any amount of money affordable. Thanks .”
“Room was comfortable. Low water pressure in the sink. Could use more lighting around the bathroom mirror. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Didn't get a lot of pics of the room. I will when I return ”
“Used my Wyndham points. Seemed like a lot of points for 2 nights. I may not have stayed otherwise. Front desk staff was very nice. For some reason I thought there was a small breakfast item. Was just coffee in lobby. Juice machine was not on. Bed was creaky but comfortable. Sheets and towels a bit scratchy. Was quiet until 5 am when I heard footsteps in room above. Room was clean.”

“It’s a very nice place to stay! The rooms are spacious suites, that are thoroughly updated with wonderful beds, decor and big screen televisions. All that for less than $80 (the night I stayed, reserved via booking.com) is a win. They have a decent breakfast from 6am thru 9(ish)am (I don’t recall, my bad!!) The shower has great water pressure, and they have complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash - as well as lotion. I forgot my tooth brush and they had one free of charge.”

“Excellent experience. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. The hotel is beautiful and nicely organized. The first floor has access to a laundry room, the pool, and an ATM. They have access to the restaurant Burger Theory right on the premises. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and temperate. Our room also had a small fridge, coffee space and machine, and microwave, all tidy, clean, and well stocked as necessary. I enjoy my stays at IHG hotels and strongly recommend them.”
