Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Newport News, VA Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store has a great selection, especially in the garden center, and is a good place to get pre-cut wood for small projects. Customers can find wonderful and helpful sales associates who provide great customer service. However, the store layout is sometimes described as pure chaos, and it can be difficult to find employees. Some prices are noted to be higher than competitors, but others report getting the best products at the best price.
Received excellent guidance from an employee on locating a part. The garden center now has self check out and I haven't received training on operating the kiosk. If one wants to receive their military discount, you have to have employee assistance. Why not just ring up my goods too?

Was offered quick help the helped me find what I needed. Was also able to peruse around the appliances for a fridge with a single ice maker. Seems like the fashion is for fridges with two of those taking valuable space from the freezer.
