“I went into the store looking for a small drill that best suited me. Had no clue what brand nor size to buy. I seen an associate and asked for help. We walked over to the drills, it was at least 20 to 30 different types of drills. I was so overwhelmed, but the associate put my mind at ease after explaining to me the difference between all of them. After spending at least 25-35 minutes with me together we found the drill, batteries and more. I realized that he was one of the managers( Richard ) He was so patient, professional, and knowledgeableMr. Richard made it so easy for me soI just wanted to give him a special shout outand say thank you for being the special person that you are.”

“I spoke to Jas (sp) this morning because I needed a replacement faucet hose for a Delta kitchen faucet. I then experienced what was the very best service I have received in decades. While they did not have one in stock, he went ahead and contacted the Delta distributor and arranged for me to pick the part up, as a warranty replacement. Wow! I spoke to 3 different supply locations before and nobody took the initiative to do this, or even to tell me anything other than what I could pay for expedited service. You (Noland) have earned me as a customer for the future. THANKS!”

“had the oppurtunity today, looking for a $300 item..talked to a manager at Lowes and he went the extra mile to try and make a sale...I had asked if they price matched...he replied yes in most cases....the item in question would have been over $100 difference...rather than BS me he came right out and said that much would not be possible....appreciate the honesty....have switched from Home depot customer for 12 years to Lowes...they at least answer their phones. This year alone...table saw, washer/dryer combo, band saw...tried to get from Home depot and no one answers phone to help...purchased all from Lowes.”

“I went with my daughter and other friends to Home Depot for their free, in-store kids workshop and we both loved it! When you check in, your child not only gets their DIY project to work on, but if it's your first time, your child gets their own apron with the pin of the month to go with it. Not going to lie, it was a bit intimidating going in because there's no workers walking around to help if you need assistance during the workshop and especially for someone like me that doesn't really do a lot of building projects, but the instructions were really thorough and had pictures that got us to our end goal smoothly. It does get super crowded especially if you don't come in early but surprisingly there were always enough seats and resources to share amongst everyone. I was impressed that not only did we get to build, but you can also decorate your project with paint and stickers. I highly recommend other families to go, especially since it's free. And I will definitely come back to these workshops with my daughter in the future.”

“Big Thumbs Up for John and Toby at your Willmar, MN location. I came to their location to solve my new Kitchen faucet connection problem. 1950's Soft copper 3/8 and 1/2 solid. I'm seasoned in old world plumbing and spent lots of wasted time back and forth to Menards and Home Depot. I should thought of J and T first off. 15 minute of all 3 bantering and I had the fix. Back home the the fix took under 10 minutes. Thanks John and Toby, You Rule!”
