Public Storage in Newport News offers storage spaces at a reasonable price. The staff is great, knowledgeable, and helpful, providing personal attention and impressive service. They help customers with everything, making the rental process smooth, easy, and painless. The business offers a free online eRental option to skip the counter. While most experiences are positive, one reviewer noted an issue with mold on stored items. Many customers would rent here again and recommend it for extra space.

Easy to set up and access. I was able to set up a unit and move my stuff in same day. It took less than 20 minutes and I was moving my stuff into the unit. Perfect size and close to where I am staying. Very happy
