The price increased reasonably by a few dollars each year with ample notice. More importantly, my climate controlled storage stayed pristine and there were no pest problems. Throughout six years I saw maybe three small bugs, always extra dead. Great communication with the office whenever needed. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely use them again.”

“We used Regency for a complicated move in August 2021. We needed packing and moves to two different locations - a storage unit and an apartment. They showed up on time all three days, took good care of all of our belongings and worked efficiently. We will be using them for the final move in a few weeks. They will gather belongings from two storage units and the apartment and move them all into a single family home. We really appreciated the flexibility and professionalism from Regency and would 100% recommend them.”

“I called over 5 times to this location to ask a question. No one ever picked up. I was in store and heard the phone ringing and watched two employees ignore the phone ringing. Also when dropping off the truck during business hours no one approached the truck. Had to yell to an employee that was walking around cleaning if I could check out and he stated “he was waiting for me to get out of the truck”….. there’s clearly a sign stating to wait with your equipment. Other than that. Everything was fine.”
