“I’m truly pleased with the service I received from Jaz at this location. She was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. After returning from a military assignment, I had been experiencing several issues, but once Jaz took ownership of the situation, she worked quickly to get everything resolved. It is reassuring to know there is someone trustworthy and dependable looking after my concerns while I am away. I highly recommend this location to anyone currently in the area or planning to move here in the future. Samuel!”

“The manager and employees (including a new trainee) are on top of their game. Everyone answered my questions before I asked them (I had a lot of questions too)! A clean and quiet place in a safe area, the building layout is well done. There is plenty of room for vehicles and numerous moving trucks at one time. A large load in the area inside the building makes it easy to get around. I will recommend this business to friends and family.”

“Great experience working with this Extra Space location, from move-in to move-out, the staff were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Shout out to AJ! This man went out of his way to help me when moving out. As soon as he arrived to work, he left the comfort and AC of the office to help cut my lock when I forgot my keys, get me some tools when I didn't have any with me, and helped load the things that I couldn't load by myself-he is a legend. I couldn't have done it without him. Much appreciated AJ ?”

“We used Regency for a complicated move in August 2021. We needed packing and moves to two different locations - a storage unit and an apartment. They showed up on time all three days, took good care of all of our belongings and worked efficiently. We will be using them for the final move in a few weeks. They will gather belongings from two storage units and the apartment and move them all into a single family home. We really appreciated the flexibility and professionalism from Regency and would 100% recommend them.”

“I had excellent customer service. The gentleman's name was Kashone I think. It was extremely busy when I got to UHaul store, but he went out of his way to let everyone in line know that he would do his best to get to us in a timely manner. Once my turn was up, he went over my rental with me, walked me out to the trailer I rented. Ensured that I took pictures during the walk around to make sure I didn't get hit with any unnecessary costs, and allowed me to park my additional vehicle in the spot for the trailer that I was renting to ensure my brother would have a safe place to park while the trailer was gone. Once we returned, Kashone met us outside once he saw us pull into the drive way. Helped me unload the trailer, did a walk around, thanked me for my service and wished up a good day. I was just so caught off guard, it's hard to find great customer service these days. Thank You Joe Perkins”

“My husband and I went to look at the 4 by 8 trailers. We were greeted by Sean. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the process of hooking it up and conscientious in making sure the turn signals worked and we had the right cable. He was so professional and friendly at the same time. Very easy to make our reservation and we were very pleased with the customer service and all over process. Thank you very much!”
