And bathrooms are always locked, not convenient when the staff is not there and u have to run next door to the dirty convenient store next to the storage facility!!”
“The manager and employees (including a new trainee) are on top of their game. Everyone answered my questions before I asked them (I had a lot of questions too)! A clean and quiet place in a safe area, the building layout is well done. There is plenty of room for vehicles and numerous moving trucks at one time. A large load in the area inside the building makes it easy to get around. I will recommend this business to friends and family.”

“Everything has been great, only had a small issue with my gate code on my first unit but that was fixed quickly. Rented a 2nd unit for overflow and everything has been good from renting online to at the office. Very clean and well kept up and feel safe there. “We used Regency for a complicated move in August 2021. We needed packing and moves to two different locations - a storage unit and an apartment. They showed up on time all three days, took good care of all of our belongings and worked efficiently. We will be using them for the final move in a few weeks. They will gather belongings from two storage units and the apartment and move them all into a single family home. We really appreciated the flexibility and professionalism from Regency and would 100% recommend them.”

“We returned it about 18 hours earlier than our rental time was and still got charged for the full day which is a bit messed up just because it was $59 almost $60 for a full day but we didn’t even use it for half that amount. Other than that it was very good business and have been going here every time we need a moving truck.”

“We recently rented a Budget truck for our move. It didn't go well. We had all sorts of problems. When we needed a cargo van to finish up some things that we didn't get done in time, we decided to look to U-Haul. Best choice. Wish we'd rented the truck from here. This location in particular has great, friendly, helpful folks. We were in and out with the van in like five minutes, and returning it was about as fast. Reasonable price, van was in great shape and pretty new with 7000 miles on it. I'm definitely going U-Haul next time I need a truck.”
