“Harris Teeter is a well managed grocery store. It's clean and the shelves are always well stocked. The employees are very friendly and there to help you with your needs. You can find a wide variety of products at a fairly reasonable price. They have an exceptionally good meat and sea food department worth visiting while you shop.”
“Everything is supposed to change over to scan n go within a month. I can speak for the bakery and meat section. Their meats are beautiful. Everyone works hard at keeping up with cleanliness and trying to keep things in order. Our cafeteria is nice as well. A very busy little section. The food is good. Come visit us. “Knowledgeable, but allow plenty of time, maybe weeks, when it comes to timing the appointment with weather that's going to give lab results that are usable. Actual appointment was less than 20 mins for a single family home to have two tests, $50 each. They did tape and moisture tests on areas of concern and addressed all questions. The company is great, Hampton Roads summer weather pushed this appointment so exercise patience with the Virginia weather in mind when setting your appointment.”

I believe exceptional customer service is often best demonstrated when something does not go according to plan. Mistakes can occur in any organization. What distinguishes an outstanding employee is how that employee responds. Lakia did not become defensive, minimize my concern, or simply send me elsewhere to resolve the problem. She listened, took ownership, developed a solution, communicated clearly, and followed through until the matter was resolved. That is leadership. Her professionalism, empathy, accountability, and commitment to resolving this situation exceeded my expectations and transformed what could have been an extremely negative experience into one that left me with tremendous respect for both her and your organization. “Unfortunately this Walgreens has the rudest pharmacy employees. I requested four prescription refills through the app on Wednesday and was informed only one was ready and the others were delayed until Friday. Friday I get a notice two more are ready and one still delayed. The one delayed is actually a week overdue so unsure why the delay. I inquired why & was asked by "Adam" if I wanted to come in and fill the prescription myself? Then told I can no longer do business with #1040 Walgreens!!! Customer service at it's worst!!!”

“I have a complex med regimen, so I often feel I'm constantly @ the pharmacy, and I definitely have LOTS of experience with the range of customer service experiences one might expect @ a pharmacy. Let me say this: The folks staffing this pharmacy are AWESOME. They greet me personally and are never too busy for my questions. They work hard to make sure I can get things rapidly when I'm unwell. They interface with my insurance company when there are problems/billing issues/miscommunications. They are thorough. They are kind and courteous. They are never rude, impatient, lax in their responsibilities to the customer, or otherwise compromised. Honestly, I think much of this comes from the top: The managing pharmacist and the other lead pharmacists are truly just very kind and professional, and I see them treat their supporting employees really well, too. I had been going to the CVS across the street, just because I'd been using CVS since I'd moved to VA 5 years ago. The difference between the CVS and this Walgreens is a complete 360. So glad this Walgreens is my home pharmacy, and I'll be happy to patronize them for my entire family's needs for as long as we live here in Newport News!”

“My mother needs Simbrinza to aid in her glaucoma treatment and Denbeigh Pharmacy was recommended by Virginia Eye Institute as providing low cost for that pharmaceutical reasonably near Richmond, Virginia. While I typically use mail delivery, I picked the prescription up this time because my mother was nearly out of it. The pharmacy staff was courteous and efficient. The pharmaceutical was in stock. My purchase worked as planned. The location is not large, like a CVS, so I did not see lots of non health care items (groceries for example) in the store. It does its job of being a pharmacy well.”
