“They were very nice and quick with my oil change and state inspection. I was promised this for as long as I owned the car when I purchased my 2018 Outback there. I was very surprised to find out that if I didn't get certain work done at certain times I would loose the perked oil change and inspection. They say it is in my sales contract but I really don't recall anybody telling me this. I was talking to several other customers at the time who overheard them tell me I had to have my break fluid flushed at 30K miles or I would loose my perks. They didn't know this either. I am not as happy with my purchase as I was.”

“I had the most incredible experience with Collision Plus yesterday. I was in the Blacksburg area on I-81 when my Charger ate a chunk of tire tread that knocked the air dam loose under my car. No way to make it home with that kind of damage.
After being turned away from four other shops, at 4pm (one hour before closing), the staff at Collision Plus agreed to help and repair my car. In short order, they had the front stitched together and I was on my way.
The staff was helpful, friendly and treated me extremely well. I hope I can find a local shop to make permanent repairs that is as awesome as Collision Plus.”

Dennis estimated that he would be able to look at it early next week, but got a call the next day and the car was fixed up and functional again.I'm super happy and pleased at the speed in which the work was done and the quality of it too! The reviews are right Derrick does honest work. Every time I’ve brought my car in he does good work and charges fairly. Additionally, he tells me what’s up and explains what’s going on with my car which is hard to find. Repairs are always quick! I would recommend to everyone.”

“Would definitely take the time to leave a good review! Morgan answered all my partner’s questions over the phone and encouraged us to bring our car in so they could check it out. When we arrived, Jeremy (the location manager) greeted us right away and confidently said, “We can take care of this.” He took our keys and, in about 30 minutes, our front molding/cladding was completely fixed—no hassle, no issues at all.

“Don't go to the shops in town. These great gentlemen helped properly diagnose what I was originally told was a cracked intake manifold, as a bad coil. A $1000 repair really only $100, couldn't be happier and more relieved. Shops in town will fork it over and find other things wrong, let real mechanics do their job and get your work done here.”

“Sean and the front desk employees were awesome. I seen so many bad reviews on United mufflers shop AFTER I took my car (which worried me after they started working on it) to be worked on. I seen comments about them not fixing what they was suppose to, to expensive, Sean was rude or sean didn't know what he was talking about but I have to disagree with all of that. I just moved to VA from WV and went for inspection and was rejected for many things. I was wondering why he was taking tires off, checking the E-break and lifting the hood (they don't do that in WV) and he politely explained to me all of the VA state laws for inspection stickers. Sean could have potentially saved me and my family's life for there was many things wrong with my car that I didn't know that was very dangerous. He showed me everything that he seen was wrong with it. He didn't just claim there was a problem just so he could make some money like some of these reviews had stated. I don't see him as a "rip off" because he thought I needed both rear bearing to begin with but then called me at a later time to tell me I only needed one. If he was a rip off he would have replaced both and charged me for it. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and was told it would be done Thursday (that's awesome for the amount of work it needed) but there wasn't enough time to get it done Thursday so I was told by front dest sean was only coming in Friday (it was good Friday and they are closed) just to finish mine but they didn't. I wished they would have called to let me know it wasn't going to be done Friday because that made us finding a way to get our Easter pictures and getting to church a little complicated. That's the only reason why they got a 4. If it wasn't for the no contact thing they would have absolutely gotten a 5! I'd recommend united muffler to you. I will return for any future needs.”

“Let me tell you! If you need an auto body shop, this is your place! These guys are so so nice! They know what they are doing for sure. Our jeep overheated going up to Mountain Lake Lodge-AKA-Dirty Dancing Lodge. The next morning after checking out (on memorial Day to boot).... They got us right in and took care of us! We still had a 7hr drive ahead of us to get home and they went out of their way to take care of us and make sure we were safe to hit the road. Thank you again GUYS! Thank you Tony !
