“Thorough, trustworthy, and fast - this is an incredible mechanic. I brought a used car in for a Pre-Purchase inspection and they were able to identify an oil leak and some OBD codes and talked me through how I should approach things with the dealership. After the dealer said they addressed the issue I drove it some more and 28 Center found that there was still an oil leak (and they didn't charge me at all for the second look at the car). Thanks for saving me money and the hassle of dealing with an oil leak!”

“Logan and the team over there are incredible! Put aside the fact they have worked on our cars for decades with honest, cost effective solutions they are all just salt of the Earth good people.
I got a flat tire and my tire iron wouldn't fit the bolts for some reason so I called Logan. He personally gave me a breaker bar and a hand full of tools to burrow and trusted me to get the job done and bring them back. Thanks to his generosity, I was able to solve my problem. “This dealership showed me the utmost of respect and courtesy when buying a used vehicle. While being an employee of a competitor dealership. Zeshan Hayat treated me with the respect and courtesy of a returning customer. Although there was an extended wait for getting to the financial side I was compensated through a free oil change and the promise of a free detail of the vehicle due to the rain that had occurred during the transaction. Also Zeshan made sure that we had plenty of snacks and beverages during our wait which made the wait go by much faster. The last thing was the gift box that was sent to my address after purchasing a vehicle from Lindsay. As an employee from a competitor dealership I can say that this Level of customer service is unmatched from any other experience I have had while buying a vehicle from a dealership. “A tree fell on my 2004 mini cooper S several weeks ago (May 2024), during a strange windstorm in Fauquier country, and it dented my rooftop/sliding glass sunroof, as well as it smashed my windshield! Could have been a deaster. Yikes, I cried for 3 days ... Thought I, and my Mini were doomed. However, after taking it to Sierra Auto Body LLC (a father and sun team), and 10 days later, they fixed everything, and today, it looks brand new, as if nothing happened. I love these guys!
