Big Lots is a super department store offering crazy good deals and affordable prices on groceries, household essentials, home decor, furniture, and mattresses. It provides great value and good sales, though some items can be overpriced. The store layout is outdated and does not flow well. However, the staff are friendly, helpful, and wonderfully nice. The store offers self pickup and delivery, with plenty of parking available. It is considered a great go-to for household needs in one place.
Couldn't believe the store was open again after it closed for a few months. New owners own it now. Very well stocked store with good prices on many items. Very kind and helpful employees and prices that make me want to return to buy treasures again.

Since it has reopened it is very nice and clean Chesapeake store is amazing and the people are very nice and friendly. It was a pleasure to shop there. Will go afain.

If you see something you like...buy it then!! Went back 2 days later and it was all gone!!
