Hampton Roads Sports Academy is a great facility for sports training. It offers high-energy instruction, drills, and feedback that help athletes improve quickly. The equipment is in excellent condition, and the prices are competitive. The owner is accommodating and provides good customer service. Many customers have seen their children or teams succeed after attending clinics and winter workouts. Overall, it is a well-equipped, affordable, and highly recommended place to train and improve athletic skills.
Matt smith is the best and i love everyone else who also helps train out of here. Best decision i ever made was stepping in here to have my boys get trained at HRSA. Highly recommend.

Brought my dad here for a daddy-daughter date. We had a wonderful time! Matt was so accommodating and got us all set up! My dad said he absolutely loved it and I am happy to make this happen during his visit.

Took my son here for a middle school prep clinic. It was our first time there. These guys get after it. Will be back for sure.
