Their customer care and attempt to resolve my problem was so unsatisfactory that I posted my bad experience on social media. Within a day, Kevin from BT Cabinets reached out and said he believed he could help. A technician was scheduled to come out and resolve my problem. I received texts telling me who my technician would be, the time frame that he would arrive, and updates when he was in route. Steve arrived and installed a new pullout wastebasket in no time. He was very professional, respectful of my property, and friendly. He told me I was his 1,000,000 cabinet install! “Working with Nicole at the Norfolk store was a great experience. We were able to find cabinets and flooring that we are very pleased with. They are beautiful and priced well. Installation was good too, however lost a star for the time it took to complete start to finish. There were a couple mistakes made but the installer fixed them, even replacing an entire face, without question or fuss.”

“I have been coming here for a few years now. Every time I come in, no matter who is working, they are always so nice and helpful. My husband and I went today and I finally found my cast iron pumpkin cocotte I have been eyeing for so long at such a great price I couldnt say no! Our associate Ron was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I took forever to make decisions on a few extra items. He even showed us pictures of things he's made in his own personal pieces. He was very personable and accommodating and was still able to assist other customers while helping us without making us feel like we were just a number. He is very good at what he does. I love this brand and this particular location is always so friendly. If you are looking for something particular and they dont have it, they'll take your info and keep an eye out for it and contact you when/if they find it. They have great customer service.
