Ollie's Bargain Outlet is a large store offering a wide variety of products, including rugs, vacuums, food, candles, and holiday decorations. Customers often find good deals, though some items may be priced similarly to regular stores. The store is spacious and offers a lot to see, which can keep shoppers busy for a while, but it can also be a bit messy and challenging to find specific items due to constant moving of stock. Customer service experiences vary; while many employees are friendly and helpful, some customers have noted that the store sometimes lacks enough staff at checkout, leading to long waits. The store is appreciated for its affordable prices and vast selection, often surpassing competitors like Walmart. However, shoppers have raised concerns about pets brought into the store and the importance of respecting service dog rights. Overall, Ollie's is viewed as a place where shoppers can find a variety of items at good prices, making it a popular shopping destination.
