“Melvin was really helpful. We bought a purple mattress and an adjustable bed frame from here! So comfortable and Mel was really nice to help us try everything out! He even gave us a free mattress to sleep on until the one we ordered shipped to us! So nice of him!”

“Very easy to pick the right matress. The lady was very helpful and she knew what she was talking about. Alors, I like the welcome introduction laying on a bed when she fills up the form to find our perfect match.”

“I absolutely love their pillows! I've had one for several years and it's still good I just really wanted a brand new one with some extra fill! Worth every single penny, I can't sleep on any other pillow anymore!

Had issue on my end with tracking the package and it not showing up on my email so I called and Susan I believe who answered was so awesome and helped me out and it's showed up same day! You've got a customer for life!!”

“Mattress shoppers, listen to me very closely. I recently a couple of years ago had to get rid of a spectacular spring air back supporter mattress that I had for over 15 years. I could not buy the exact same mattress as spring air changed their manufacturing and product, so I was a free agent. I started with the usual, Sealy, serta, beautyrest, all three brands just did not feel right. People told me I have to spend more money and buy a higher end product. Ok, I then went through a tempurpedic, Chattam & Wells, stearns and foster, I could not get a good not sleep on any of them either. I then tried all latex versions, all memory foam versions, etc, as of right now writing this I shit you not I went through over 10K and over at least 10 mattresses. It was BEYOND FRUSTRATING. By luck of the universe I stumbled upon a company called paramount sleep company, and while my first purchase didn’t exactly work out (paramount encore plush sold at Macys) it was as close as I had been to being comfortable and getting a whole night sleep. So I decided to try another product they produce, and I am telling you and anybody else that has the patience to read this that the Asteria Artemis luxury firm mattress is simply an unbelievable product, RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMEND!!!!! I went back and forth between the Asteria Hera firm or Artemis luxury firm, settled for the luxury firm because I do sleep on my side/ hip from time to time as I’m an all positions sleeper. I am going to do a YouTube video documenting my mattress shopping nightmare and I am gonna call it “My mattress mayhem”, but while I’m working on that I wanted to let people know that are in my shoes over the past years going crazy over mattress shopping and insanity that you will not be dissatisfied or disappointed with the paramount Asteria mattresses from Bloomingdale’s!!! Trust me folks, I tried them all, and this is if not the one, definitely the brand!!!
***UPDATE***
Because I was so torn between the Asteria Hera firm and the Artemis luxury firm, I did take advantage of the exchange policy Bloomingdale’s offers and got the Hera firm which I’ve had for about 1 month now. They are extremely similar in feel with the Hera being slightly firmer, the Hera can feel rigid on your hips if your a side sleeper, where as the Artemis while spectacular feeling on your side, can feel slightly too soft, especially if you move positions throughout the night you kind of get the feeling your body is stuck in the mud, which leads to back aches. As always, I wish there was a Goldie locks mattress that was between the Hera and the Artemis, both are good mattresses, I do believe because I sleep on my stomach/ side combination, I’ll be sticking with the Hera, but I also feel like the Artemis would be good too, it’s totally up to you whether you like firmer or slightly softer, but both extremely exceptional mattresses and a plus they are aesthetically beautiful.”

“I never been here but hope they never go out of business this is the only levins of virginia left in my area. One was in Hampton and Newport News but went out of business. I want to purchase a Iron or brass bed someday that will last a lifetime. They use to show commercials on channel 13 about 3 years ago”

“I picked up a surprise food bag for about $6.50 thru the 2GoodToGo app, and it was a LOT of food! 1 brownie, just like mom used to make, 1 fruit tart thing that was ok, sorta bland, 2 servings of mac&cheese which were great! Also, peas and mashed potatoes that were average, and 17 Swedish meatballs that were very tasty! On top of all that, 1 bbq sandwich on a hamburger bun, and the bbq was zesty and plentiful!

Vegetarian options: Mostly salads and side dishes.

Wheelchair accessibility: Elevators to 2nd floor mezzanine which opens to the restaurant.”

“Hands down the best thrift store for clothes, jewelry, coats, and seasonal decor! I've bought my party, work, and interview wardrobes from there and have gotten plenty of compliments on my outfits. I miss their dressing room though. But they have a really good selection of items and are pretty organized for the most part.”
