“Great visit to The North Face Norfolk Premium Outlets. We drove from the Williamsburg Outlet as there appeared to be a situation with Fire, EMS, and Police had cleared that entire side of the Williamsburg Outlet. We wanted to buy the Mens Thermal Insulated Vest (Evergreen) for the crazy (50%) off AND Military Discount from $180.00 to out-the-door $85.86. The employees were super friendly, and the black female spoke to everyone upon entrance to the store and shared the 50% Off. Everything was kind and made us feel immediately Welcome to enter and purchase. It is an excellent Store with lots of fantastic merchandise and a Wonderful Staff of Employees. “This review is a bit late! But better late than never! I came across this lovely shop while looking for a local place to reshape an 80 year old British Red Cross cap that I had. I am a vintage collector and re-enactor. I brought my cap to them back in October or November of 2022. It was ready a few weeks later on. I absolutely recommend this shop! The owners and their shop staff are very knowledgeable about hats. They are very friendly, reasonably priced for hat repair and beyond professional. I am glad I went with a small business instead of a larger company! Thank you so much! I will return if future services are needed.”

“After checking out Naval Station Norfolk, my boyfriend and I checked out the Norfolk Main Navy Exchange (NEX). If you've never been, it's like a department store! They sell everything from clothing and accessories (including hats, scarves, jewelry, handbags), electronics, cookware, seasonal decorations (including christmas trees and nutcrackers), and more. My boyfriend was in search of a beanie while I was in search of a cool-looking Navy shirt. We found a nice beanie but not a cool-looking Navy shirt. However, I'll admit that the Hard Rock Cafe Navy hat was kind of cool!”

“Had an issue where I was double charged an item. A whopping $50 extra added to the bill. A lot of stuff happened in the week that these items were purchased and i didn't notice it until I got home(I live out of state) I called may 7th and the items were purchased April 29th. I spoke to Ashley and she was able to get the issue resolved while we were on the phone. She was very apologetic, which I think it was my fault not to check right away, but she took care of it right away. Great customer service from Ashley.”

“I had a screensaver that was cracked all the pieces look like the phone was just and less than 5 minutes this gentleman had my phone looking like a brand new phone and some people can't do good at that but he took his time and patience to put that screensaver on there instead of just throwing it up there my kind of customer service”

“One of our favorite stores for shopping!!! They have an awesome kids/babies section! I have a 3 year and a set of 2 year old twins. Perfect place to make sure they stay looking cute LOL. And of course I take a lap or two around the women section. Hahah from business attire to lounge wear, I never know what clothing items sneak to the register with me. They always have a sale going on which is a plus to my bank account. The store is easily accessible as well. Park at the main entrance and walk straight back to the right and you're there!!!”
