“My son wanted these Jordan's that they did not have in the store, Erika offered to check and see where we could get them, we ultimately had to have them ordered and shipped. She was a big help as he really wanted them for Homecoming. When the shoes arrived they were a little dirty and had some marks, could have possibly been a demo shoe, we returned them to the store to see if they would be able to get a pair shipped overnight, I ended up calling the 1-800 number and the guy on the other end just wanted to refund our money stating we had to return them for inspection before they could ship any out, Erika got on the phone with the rep and took care of it all, she did a great job, the shoes got shipped out and arrived the next day just in time and my son is super happy. We definitely will be back to make future purchases. I have always been pleased at this store with the purchases we have made.”

“I recently found myself in need of some new gear so I decided to stop by Jos A Bank to look around.I was greeted right away by the salesperson who introduced themselves and asked if I needed any assistance. It was so disarming because unlike some other places, I felt free to roam around unmolested by everyone trying to sell me something.I really like that on the rare occasion when I encounter it. We were greeted by a salesman who helped up for over 30 minutes in selection a suit, tie, belt, shirt, and tie tack. He then proceeded to help us find a dressy outfit for our other son. The prices were great and additional discounts were given. We will be back for sure.”
