“The other reviews are telling me why so many people seemed surprised that I was wandering around here on foot unsupervised. (I was walking back from the Chrysler museum to ODU.) For me, this Food Lion had everything I wanted. And frankly I was pretty surprised it did because it can be hard to find Diet Dr. Pepper and Fruit and Nut at the normal supermarkets where I live. Everyone was quite friendly and helpful, but (as mentioned), I did stick out a little as a customer. I'm pretty sure the fact that I was so impressed that they gave out plastic bags seemed a bit off, for example, but they were very nice about it.”

“7/25/21: Just stopped by to pick up one thing. It was around 5 pm, and it was packed. There were about 4 lines open & they were long. I only needed a 12-pack of Canada Dry ginger ale. They didn't have much to choose from, so I got what they had & stood in line. I was able to check out pretty quickly & be on my way. I'd go back if I had to.”
