Rack Room Shoes offers a variety of shoe selections at affordable prices, often featuring promotions like BOGO 1/2 off. Many customers appreciate the great deals, although some report challenges with customer service due to being short-staffed, which can make it hard to find sizes and products. While the store has friendly staff who are helpful and knowledgeable, issues with inventory and organization have been noted, such as shoes in wrong boxes and limited size availability. Overall, shoppers find the store appealing and plan to return for the good prices and selection, despite some operational challenges.
Very very friendly staff, clean store. Well organized and the manager went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable!

We come here trying to stretch the dollar, and so we do with their deals! We may have to sacrifice some customer service because sometimes sizes are not available or hard to find, but most of the times we walk out with the product we need. BOGO 1/2 off does wonders!
