Expect to wait for hours to get your vehicle even if you reserve it well in advance. I was given a wait time estimate of a 45 minutes and told to sit and wait for a woman at the Hertz desk to call my name. Waited for at least 90 minutes—couldn’t go anywhere at risk of forfeiting my vehicle.

Be careful ⚠️ have a credit card with you before renting!! Even with cash on you, there's no way to rentFinding another rental company is better and certainly nicer when welcoming the customer

Car was decent. Smelled like the person before me smoked weed in it. Made me a little nervous. Was hoping and praying I wouldn't get stopped by the police and thank God I didn't.
