They are courteous and quickly diagnosed what needed to happen with my emissions code, took care of the problem. when I picked up the car, I got a good rundown of what they took care of and also some tips for maintaining the emission system long-term. mechanic shop to try out. There are times when you didn't get good service from one shop, and so you try another. After getting good service from Knights service center we have a change of heart and, and thank for your patience with me and that includes the front counter lady to the mechanics.”
“We have taken our company vehicles in to Azalea Super Service several times and have always gotten taken care of quickly and at a reasonable price. The first time we went, we had been scheduled for an oil change/state inspection at another service shop and that shop couldn't fit our van in the bay (yes, they knew the make/model before it went). I called Azalea Super Service and they were able to squeeze us in, saving us from having to pull our technician from billable work for another day. When we had another van break down, we were able to have it towed there and diagnosed same day. We did have to wait for the parts to arrive, but that is to be expected and the van was done quickly once the part arrived and for the expected cost. We didn't have any further problems with the vehicle, indicating that the diagnosis was accurate and complete.”

“My son's car stalled and was affected by the flooding in Norfolk on 8/4/2026. I did some searching, read reviews and started to call several shops. Midway stood out right away from my phone call and we had his car towed to their shop. How the front office handles customers over the phone matters. We needed his car checked for water intrusion in the engine. Due to the high volume of maintenance at the time, they were not able to put the car on a lift and run a full diagnostic of the car. They did try and manually turn the engine over (locked tight) and did a cursory inspection of the car and found water intrusion in the cabin area in several places. They knew that further water damage inspection of the vehicle (oil and transmission system) wasn't likely necessary as the insurance will probably total the car. They didn't charge for these services because they didn't run a full diagnostic on a lift - but they easily could have charged me and I would have paid. They have been great to deal with during this entire process and I would absolutely use them again in the future.”
