“Bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler from what I thought was a trusty dealership back home. Since I am US Navy and only 19, I’m 100% not used to having to deal with servicing my own vehicle. 4 months into owning my car it needed a full brake replacement on one side, Matt and Amber were amazing helps. I called and quoted with a couple of places and all said $700-$900 minimum. Frazier called me every step of the way to ensure that I was okay with the work being done and the price. Came out to just over $500 for caliper, pads, rotor, and hosing. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Car was finished on a Friday, and I was unable to pick it up until Saturday morning, when the shop was closed. Matt helped me pay over the phone and hashed out a way to get me the keys without the shop being open. My good friend recommended them to me, and they gave her the same amazing treatment. Frazier will be taking car of all my automotive needs for the rest of my stay here in Norfolk.”
“How can I start this. We will say that we were looking at cars from 8am till be stumbled upon First Team I should say Mia. We went on 20 different test drives dealt with the " I hate my jobs" to the "ultra slimey salesmen (Cash and southern jeep) prior to arriving here at 530 pm. Mia had the best personality, and you could tell she genuinely loves her job. I hate being the person who walks in right before close but the staff didn't seem to mind. My Daughter landed on the car she wanted instantly upon arrival and went on the test drive. Inside we went. Got the deal table, that went better than expected. ? Mia had up out of the dealership with the car by 6:15. I would 100% recommend this dealer especially Mia she did great and has us laughing the entire experience. I hope she has the opportunity to read this. MIA THANK YOU AGAIN!!”

“Ok. So. I was blessed with someone giving me and Audi but needed to put some love into it. I read google reviews for hours and hours and everyone was praising this shop. Let me tell you. Ed did not let me down. He treated me like his grandchild. He only did what was necessary he didn’t try to make money off some young looking girl in a vulnerable state. We all know this is the norm. My dad has been a customer service team manager for Hampton Chevy for 30+ years so I was anxious to take it somewhere else but I had to since they don’t specialize in Audi’s. Yes he’s still mad at me for going this route lol. Ed helped me so much I can’t begin to express how thankful I am to him. My new granddaddy. I don’t have one so he’s my new granddad. This shop even has a little mini fridge with complimentary water/soda. Ed has made a life long customer out of me for sure.Services: General repairs & maintenance”

Beach Undercoating asked me who did the framework and I told them Mizelle’s. Beach Undercoating said they will definitely refer customers to Mizelles. If you want a proper wax-based undercoating with rust inhibitors, then get your truck to Beach Undercoating and get a lifetime undercoat on your truck ASAP!”

“Recently got a new (to me) car and somebody did a hit and run at a restaurant parking lot, scratching up the front left end. I bought the car with a fairly deep scratch on the right rear side. Mike did the repair of the front for $500 - WELL under half of what the big chain repair shops quoted me. All of the workers I encountered were friendly and helpful. When I showed him to scratch on the right back end of the car, he said he'd paint it too - for just another $100, which I can guarantee was the lowest price in town. I didn't know anyone, personally, who had used the shop. I took a chance on this small business because of the yelp reviews. He absolutely did not disappoint. Would hundred percent recommend him. A friend came with me and showed him some scratches on her car, asking for a quote and he told her it could just be rubbed out. She didn't need a paint job. So he does good work for less, AND is honest.”
