I called yesterday and Amber was very courteous and professional on the phone when I had asked about getting there for an inspection. When I arrived for my inspection and spoke with Amber in person, I knew right away that I made the right choice because she is a very down to earth type of business owner who actually cares about customers and the quality of work that is done there.
Next, Jon performed the inspection and he showed me a couple things on my vehicle that I should get done in the near future while explaining the reasons why. It was immediately evident to me that he is a top performer; not only from how long he has been a mechanic for but also how much he cares to educate customers in such an easy to understand, polite, and professional manner.

“Top notch service center.
Our Honda fit broke a CV Axle and we had it replaced here. We originally thought it was a transmission the way it went out, so we had it towed here on a Sunday afternoon. The best day they called and told us it was actually a CV Axle and that would have it repaired the next day by ten am.
They called the next day and it was done at 7:15 am.
Very impressed. Very professional. Would highly recommend!”

“I wore out the old transmission on my parents’ truck. It was slipping. Gary’s Transmission rebuilt the 4L60E and it feels great now. The lady at the front is also very helpful and very nice. I will not neglect to change transmission fluid from now on also. I’m probably just gonna pay Gary’s to do it every 30,000 miles. Thank you so much.”
