“To start with, LJ was very polite and respectful. He is the kind of man that if you show respect, he will give it back 10 fold. I dropped off my truck, and he had his people check it out within a couple of hours. Unfortunately, the cost repairs are more than I could justify spending on a 2003 ranger. That was no fault of LJ it is just that the parts cost more than the truck! Even when I turned down the services, LJ was still very polite and respectful and let my wife and I check out some neat cars that he had in the garage. When I have any work that is beyond my capabilities, I will definitely go back to him and his garage. I will definitely be recommending Affordable Transmission to anyone in need of auto work. He also works on horse buggies too! Yes, he had one in the garage! It did not have a "motor," but I was told that it typically comes with one horse power!”

“I recently had the pleasure of getting a Virginia state inspection done at Great Bridge Service Center (recently transferred title and registration to VA from MD), and I must say it was a stellar experience from start to finish! I was in out and in less than 30 minutes. They were able to accommodate me at a moments notice, no one else would.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by ALL the staff. Tom Selleck, I mean Mr. Dave, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. His commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every aspect of the business.
A special shoutout to Chris and Herb, and Mr. Dave's daughter (so sorry her name escapes me) who handled my inspection with utmost professionalism and care. Chris was thorough and took the time to explain each step of the inspection process, ensuring I understood what was being checked and why. Herb's attention to detail was impressive, and he went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle met all safety standards, and in timely manner.
The entire process was smooth, efficient, and left me feeling confident about the safety and condition of my car. The team at Great Bridge Service Center truly sets the bar high for quality service and customer care. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs! I encountered a few customers during my experience and they seemed more like family, what a wonderful business!
And after this uber awesome experience, I will no longer have my car serviced at the dealership (Lexus), I trust them and as of this review, my son has had his truck serviced here and is completely satisfied.

“Nice and clean gas station right in Battlefield. Gas is currently at $3.99 along with the other two that are supper close together. They also have a car shop. It can be hard to turn out left! Traffic gets pretty hectic in this section of great bridge”
