And they’re kind- you ever meet a tech that was kind of a jerk and the person behind the counter seemed like a bot? Don’t worry, you won’t find that here. They’re friendly, smile, connect with you, and want your car to run well again.
Most of the industry sucks, so take your car here instead. They’ll treat you like they want you to come back.”

“Chris and Mike are awesome people and I've been getting the value out of every dollar for almost two decades now. Life is short, don't go to a mechanic shop where they make you wait like Finks in Portsmouth. Go somewhere where they mean business even though they don't have the privileges other mechanic shops have -- Chris makes do with the space he has and he is hella good at it too without telling people one thing and turning around and doing something else without your permission later. Finks will do that, you'll hear more and more stories about it until they're investigated or they replace everyone but the mechanics over there. Chris at Great Bridge Auto doesn't play around. He understands the fundamental bedrock of business is to keep people coming back decade after decade, not ten times in two years through some finagled scam like Finks.”

“Nice and clean gas station right in Battlefield. Gas is currently at $3.99 along with the other two that are supper close together. They also have a car shop. It can be hard to turn out left! Traffic gets pretty hectic in this section of great bridge”

He and the corporate office contacted me daily with updates on the repair of my vehicle. I appreciate his support throughout my ordeal and have received my vehicle fully repaired.
