“I spoke with Dave and Leo. I wish they could’ve had the opportunity to complete the job they were given from Carshield. Carshield recommended me to this place for my transmission. I lost my keys, was late for my appointment and these two men were compassionate and patient from the start. They worked with me and was honest as well as professional explaining everything that was wrong with my van. I was told by my warranty I was covered and for them to call with diagnostics to complete my claim. We all worked together and did what was asked everyone except my warranty company came through… Unfortunately, they were not able to get paid after finding out I needed a transmission. I felt so bad because they had already did the work! Even with having my car over the weekend , completing a diagnosis Dave told me to bring what I can and a review! This was totally unfair to them. Yet, they still looked out for me . Being in a wheelchair, just moving in my place after staying in a hotel for a month and paying insurance for a handicap accessible van I depend on and getting screwed by the same company who referred Beach Boy auto was insane! However, it’s a blessing to know they’re still honest people in the business world who cares! Thank you for finding out what’s wrong with my car and understanding my situation. I apologize for the inconvenience and Carshield you guys are terrible for wasting people’s time and money! I will never do business with Carshield again you take advantage of your “Diamond” customers and extremely misleading!”
“I took my beloved 2017 Nissan Rogue in for an oil change and state inspection. This is one of the very few Star Wars Nissans that came out in the support of the 2017 Star Wars movie Rogue One. These professional folks took care of my car in February of this year and they were WONDERFUL! The same goes for the service I received today. They were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They let me know what was probably going to be needed soon but did not try to strong arm me into having it done right now. Wonderful people, wonderful service and reasonable prices.”

They did a great job fixing my transmission recommending some courses of action to get it up and running as well as fixing my radiator to include getting a cap for it. “Made an 8am appointment and the staff arrived early and were ready to go a few minutes before 8. Plenty of parking for the truck and trailer. Easy to get in and out. Got checked in for a utility trailer inspection and the mechanic started immediately. All the usual points of inspection. He even brought out a jack to verify proper wheel play on the axle. Staff was very friendly and professional. I was gone in no time. Highly recommended. Nice to see independent businesses doing well.”

“Not gonna lie at first i was annoyed I failed for head lights. They have some clouding around the edge but work fine. They didnt explain over the phone why so I said reject it I will come get it and fix it. After reading paperwork both top outside headlight assembly mounts are cracked/ broken, legit issue. Someone must have backed into me. That's the only thing I can think of. So they did a thorough inspection and I was wrong. Parts are in bound and I will swing by for stick. This isnt a stop and go inspection shop, and I wasnt looking for one either. Thanks for being thorough. I will be back and recommend you

“Last month my transmission start whining. I took my handicap accessible van here and was going to get some work done. Fortunately I was able to call my dealership since the van was only 3yrs old and had an extended warranty and my parts was covered. However, Bill was extremely compassionate about my situation. “We brought our 2003 Chevy Suburban in on the recommendation from our Triple AAA mechanic to have the transmission checked. Several of the mechanics drove the car and determined that there wasn’t anything wrong with the transmission and the car was safe to drive. No charge!!!

“I was referred to town center auto by a good friend of mine who is a mechanic with a Major dealership I needed some air-conditioning work done and asked for him to give me a name of someone he thought was reputable and fair when I first went into town center auto the vibe was totally different than any other place.
