Their mission is to connect technology to life in the most trustworthy, fun, and profitable way. Customers have had mixed experiences at the store. Some have praised the employees, such as Steve, who was informative, patient, and pleasant to deal with. Angelica was also commended for her helpful and patient guidance in teaching a customer about their device. On the other hand, some customers have reported long wait times due to the store only having one employee working at a time.
