“My S20 Ultra 5G camera has a blob on it, internally. CPR looked it over and can do an aftermarket camera and install a new battery for $134. I figured why not get a new battery installed since they are already in there. Great visit, great team to work with for all of your cell phone needs. Get a 10% off coupon from their website. If you can find Northern TOOLS they are in that area at Janaf. A $35 deposit is needed upfront for work and parts.”

“Well to start off with, I've been with a numerous amount of phone companies in my time. I've been with Ntelos, StraightTalk, and T-Mobile. But I decided to wing in on a different approach to remain a user of the cell phone industry. I wanted a change. So my last company was with T-Mobile and I wanted a new phone, something better than the previous model I had already had, which was actually continuous on a 2 year payment plan. I also had not finished paying off the phone. But I was in a rush, I was almost done but was eager to expect something different. I called AT&T, because they were the current owner of my current job, Cricket Wireless. I called this location and immediately, the representative says I have something for. That quick effortless response was unbeatable. So I go into the store, and he already talked me into switching. Got me the best phone I ever had in my life, and did it all without an excessive down payment, he treated me as if AT&T was about to offer the world. Now, I can say I am honestly happy because of that very day and the associate from this store completely changed the contrivance unpredictably. This associate was the absolute meaning of highly regarded as I am completely gratified with my service. This very day changed my life and all it took was a step forward and I truly thank AT&T and what endeavors they had done for me. If they do much more for the community, I would not be surprised because they seem to only be of helpfully. I also enjoy working for their company Cricket Wireless, which I've been for a year now. Who also does much for the community. Go, AT&T!”

“I visited the location on March 10, 2026. There seems to be only one employee that seems to know what he is doing. I got a chance to catch his name tag, the young man name is Dj. Every rep in the store is running to him asking for help. The customer service is terrible. The wait to see a sale rep is long. I gave the store a 5 star because Dj handles everything professionally. He had ask his manager to assist in customer service and the manager walked off and ignored his request. He had to ask get someone else to assist me. keep up the great work young”

Angela was incredibly knowledgeable and walked me through everything I needed, from setting up my new phone to making changes to my cellphone plan. “I wanted a phone I had brought to have the same phone as a phone I had drowned and the girls there helped me every way they could, but I couldn't remember my 8 digit pin. We finally decided to set up a different account and they helped me out with a pin I can never forget! They are wonderful! But they told me that their bosses got upset if anyone waited for their Lyft inside the store. Apparently, they think it looks suspicious for a 70 yr old lady to wait inside for her ride.”

When I tell you I’m soooo grateful and thankful for these two Young Men! They were able to get my Granddaughters iPhone up and running! It took 3 different Software to make it happen! They didn’t give up after the first or second time. They kept working at it. Yes, it took about 2 hours but it was worth it!
