“I visited the location on March 10, 2026. There seems to be only one employee that seems to know what he is doing. I got a chance to catch his name tag, the young man name is Dj. Every rep in the store is running to him asking for help. The customer service is terrible. The wait to see a sale rep is long. I gave the store a 5 star because Dj handles everything professionally. He had ask his manager to assist in customer service and the manager walked off and ignored his request. He had to ask get someone else to assist me. keep up the great work young”
“I wanted a phone I had brought to have the same phone as a phone I had drowned and the girls there helped me every way they could, but I couldn't remember my 8 digit pin. We finally decided to set up a different account and they helped me out with a pin I can never forget! They are wonderful! But they told me that their bosses got upset if anyone waited for their Lyft inside the store. Apparently, they think it looks suspicious for a 70 yr old lady to wait inside for her ride.”
