βIt's not a bad establishment better since the remodeling I busted the cashier chops about selfscan being closed she seemed ight with it they seemed pretty down to earth there was a funky odor coming frm the back but doesn't everyone's backdoor smell funky sometimes ?ββοΈ??ββοΈ????β

βIt is always a bargain. Many of the items are cheaper than the Dollar Tree. Unfortunately, the food selection was limited today, but you never know what you will find. Emery boards were $0.88, whereas Walmart sells them for over $2, and Dollar Tree doesnβt have them. I always love the book selection. The toy selection is good, too, especially around the holidays.β
βThis is my favorite dollar tree. They have a large selection of mdse. The sales associates are cordial. However, you don't really have much contact until you are checking out.β

βSpoke to the manager John, he stated that now they are independent and that is why they have such a great variety.) I love the Caribbean and Latin American foods, the produce area is the best. They have yuca, paintain , green bananas and eve cana. Very clean, great prices. Here is an example (Kroger cranberry Ginger soda on sale $2.79. Save-a-lot $1.99 regular price. great location, bathroom is very clean. We live near St Mary's hospital close to Publix , Kroger, Target, Fresh Market, Walmart and I can say it is really worth the drive. I love McDaniel coffee better than all grocery brands. Thank youβ

βI come here occasionally to shop for some things but not always. So grateful for the dollar stores they have competitive prices so I'm just grateful for that I'm definitely going to recommend this storeβ
βThis place has everything you need in general for a decent cost, things could be a little cheaper but they have to feed their families too... this store is the best because I can grab just about anything I need without having to deal with Walmartβ
βQuite a items were unavailable or misconstrued but I think that often happens at any Dollar Tree. The people who work there was very courteous and what was available was great. :)β

βI'm giving them 5 stars based on their customer service. The ladies that work there are extremely nice and helpful!!. They do need more Staffing tho because their shelves are never full. It seems as if they have never ending stock that they never have time to finish putting up.β

βI drive from Richmond to come here to find Boost when my Richmond stores are out of it but unfortunately for the last Almost 2 months no Boots and none at the stores Richmond or Petersburg! My great granddaughter needs it for health reasons! Hopefully supplies come in soon! Fixed income people like me rely on Dollar Tree!β

He greeted me, and everyone else as soon as we walked in, all while smoothly managing the check out area, assisting with the bags and kindly explaining the pricing for them. βGreat store always convenient always helpful always safe and secure plus they have really pretty women who work in this one but the greatest of them all is Miss Martha I love this store it's called Dollar general but generally everything costs more than a dollar but yet and still a great store and always has just what I need!β
βI came in here to get birthday candles and a birthday card for my mom. The male older cashier was so sweet and friendly, we ended up talking for over 5 minutes. It's not often you get such impeccable customer service, especially at dollar general.β
βIf you love bargains then this is the place for you. Just know if you see it while you're there you better go ahead and purchase it during your visit because it likely not to be in stock the next you come in to shop. My only downfall for coming to the store is I've been looking for a certain item and they have it in every color except the color I need and want. Other than that it's a pretty good store.β
βI've been shopping here since it opened and will continue to. It's walking distance from my house but the real reason I like the store is the employees. Never had any bad experiences and the prices are better than just about everywhere else.β

βOMG, I found my favorite Dollar Tree since I moved to Richmond. They have unique things I couldn't find at other Dollar Trees for an affordable price! I went to get cleaning towels but left with a lot of items, I was truly impressed!β

βThe young lady, Erica, that was at the checkout was extremely sweet. I've never been to any Family Dollar and been treated with so much respect ever. She was very kind, well mannered, friendly and most importantly in customer service she greeted me and smiled the entire time. She had such a positive energy and I absolutely loved it. They need more and more associates like her at these Family Dollar stores. She needs to be there all the time. She actually made me want to shop more to give the business because she was so nice. I just didn't have the time to continue. Give her a raise and more hours. She deserves it. People like her need to be recognized and sometimes are not. βHad a great time at Big Lots buying baby clothes. However, some of the baby clothes are not true to size, so you have to buy the sleepers a little larger then the actual sizes the baby wears.
Otherwise, it's a nice store. They don't have a lot of stuff in stock, but what they have is reasonable.β
