“The staff is always so friendly. If they're not super busy they always greet you as you come in. If you come by often enough they even remember you specifically! I remember going by with my son to pick up some balloons for his bday and the gentleman working the counter wished him a happy bday. A week later I came back to get a few things with my son in tow and the same gentleman asked him how his bday party was and what he got! He was so sweet! Good selection on things though I wish they'd get some new stuff every once in a while in the rest of the store not just seasonal things.”
“This place has everything you need in general for a decent cost, things could be a little cheaper but they have to feed their families too... this store is the best because I can grab just about anything I need without having to deal with Walmart”
“I’ve traveled all over Virginia, and this Burlington in Chesterfield is by far the BEST one I’ve shopped in. Everything was clean, organized, and easy to find, none of the clutter you usually run into at other locations. I was greeted at the door by the store manager, who was so kind and even asked if I needed a basket. When I got to checkout, she offered me the rewards card, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and helpful. Truly the best Burlington I’ve seen in years. Highly recommend! Go Shop!”

“Great store with so many items at a reasonable price. I enjoy this store. I was looking for a female singer shirt and found one of my favorite artist for $5.83. I went to Walmart and other stores and they had none. Five below is the place to go when in a pinch and even on a day to day for everyday items.”
