“Jeremiah did a great job assisting me with my Verizon phone issues. He was dressed professionally and acted that way as well. Even though I wasn't making a purchase, he spent time answering all of my questions and finding solutions for me. I have never written a review before, but his communication skills and professionalism warrant special acknowledgement! (Cindy Driskill)”

“I had a very horrible experience with a customer service representative. I was on hold for an hour and transferred to the wrong department and then hung up on. I spoke with Ms. Grace in customer service and she was phenomenal. Ms. Grace and Issa are the reasons I am still an AT&T customer because I was ready to cancel my entire service. I am an outpatient mental health office manager so I know and understand the value of delivering excellent customer service”
