She was fantastic. Working closely with her manager she ensured I knew exactly what was happening, what to expect and found deals I didn’t even know were available.

“Came in for a cracked screen from running over my iPhone 11 with a forklift at work . Was told it would take 15 min . Went to the corner store came back he was done . He knows what he’s doing and the price is way lower than the competition. Mind you I didn’t even asked the price . I had assumed 1 something from other places. Plus it’s black owned.”

I was switching from android to apple for the first time and Veronica made the transition seemless. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions we had about the tech, transferring a new line onto the account and getting the most for my trade in. We worked with Tia for another upgrade a month later and she was just as sharp and helpful.
