“I had a great experience over the last 3 years with Smartbox. In 2021 we sold our home and had 2 boxes delivered on time right in our driveway. We packed them floor to ceiling and they picked up right on time. We accessed them once at their facility, where they placed them in the parking lot for easy access. I closed out the account when we picked up the contents ourselves and hauled to our new home. After 3 years the contents looked exactly as we packed them. No leaks, tumbles, etc.
My only complaint is that our destination was further from the warehouse than anticipated (2.5 hours) and they could not deliver without using a partner that wanted an insane amount ($2500) to deliver to a local warehouse, not my driveway. Obviously we picked up ourselves and just drove it to the new house.
I'd use them again if I knew both locations would be within their delivery area.”

“Just wanted to give a quick kudos to the guys who just left working on my job, Cory, John, and Robert from Richmond. They were outstanding, and did everything as promised. I have a big renovation job coming up, including having all my floors redone, so most of the furniture had to be moved out of the house to a PODs unit in the driveway. In about two short hours they had most of the house emptied, safely stored in the unit, and then helped move some additional chairs and boxes to the garage. They listened to exactly what I wanted, explained everything well, made sure we were informed about anything we needed to know, and were especially patient with us so we could figure out the best way to get our job done. I'd definitenly use these guys again; they were stellar. Thank you! All went exceptionally well!!”

“We had absolutely great experience. The price quote was $1200 cheaper than Upack quoted us. Truck was delivered on time, customer support was outstanding and truck drivers were kind and friendly. Only hiccup we experienced was the truck ramp. It is extremely heavy duty and definitely requires an extra person to unload and load up but other than that 10/10 experience!
We moved from CO to NY and now on will always use Estes Sure Move.”

“I worked with a RCS crew, led by Corveyle Jones, for 6 straight weeks on a multifaceted project for Virginia Peninsula Community College. During that time, we cleared a building and moved the contents to 4 locations. The Executive Staff was one of those moves. They were moved and setup in 2 days and they were able to quickly unpack. When those moves were finished, we moved and set up 56 faculty offices and workspaces from surplus. Along with the classroom furnishings for the newly updated Templin Hall. We reset classrooms In Hastings Hall, with surplus, following the relocation of faculty and classrooms to Templin Hall for reopening. These were the focus. There were many other moves for departments, upgrading spaces using surplus and future needs.
Every hour of every day was on point. The crew pivoted when needed and worked hard every day to meet our expectations and deadlines. They were professional, easy to work with, and exceeded expectations. Working with them was a pleasure and I look forward to working with them again in the future.”

“I would recommend upack relocation cube. The process is pretty automated and easy to use. My cubes arrived on time and the service representative were accommodating to my scheduling needs. I moved from the west coast to the east coast and the process was a breeze. I would recommend ordering 2 cubes if you arent sure how many you need because if you don't use it they don't charge you for it.
The only problem I had was 1 of my cubes was old and rustic making it hard to close.”
