“Had a fantastic experience with this crew! Ty went above and beyond reaching out and meeting my needs. The 20' truck ran like a top! I was quite impressed, very, smooth, extremely well kept. Also had a storage container that was immaculate upon my arrival with a new lock and keys at my disposal. I very much appreciate the attention to detail and the quick reactions as I had to change my plans a few times last minute, but nonetheless everything went smoothly. Could not have asked for a better experience! THANK YOU TY & CREW AT DUPONT UHAUL, YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!??????? I WILL RETURN VERY SOON, NOT DONE YET!????”

“Hello. I never got the representatives name that helped me , but I'm very appreciative for him. I had an issue with the trailer's brakes after I picked it up, at a location closer to me. I stopped by this location for assistance. Another rep sent him out and he diagnosed the faulty issue. He attempted to fix the issue, but ultimately made arrangements for me swap trailers and be on my way so I could pick up my car before the shop closed. Thanks again.”

“Seamless truck rental experience with helpful office staff who called to let me know the truck was available to pick up early (very helpful!). Truck was in great condition and was easy to drive. When navigating to this location, be advised that the office/trucks are on the other side of the street from the storage units.”

“I had the most amazing experience today with service manager Ricky and office worker Karina. Last night we ran out of propane. I called first thing this morning. Karina informed me that since I was a new customer it would be until mid March for my tank to be filled. I’m a family of 6 with 4 small children so this was not the news I wanted to hear. Karina and manger Ricky worked some magic and filled our tank TODAY! Same day as I called! I have never been so pleased with a company. I am so appreciative of them.”

“I have been very pleased with my service from Ferrell Gas. They make it very easy to order online. They are quick to fulfill my order and they’re very respectful of my property. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing propane refills. I have been using their services for almost 5 years now. Some of the bigger name companies would not come fill my tank because it wasn’t large enough for them, but Ferrell Gas was happy to accommodate me and I have been their customer ever since”

“Tara Holland, the branch administrator is one of the best and most transparent representatives I have seen in a company that has more than likely a lot of blowback from clients. She was able to help me and my wife navigate our monthly budget--and I have to acknowledge I was getting frustrated at times, but she was able to stay calm and explain the steps I need to take. WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”

“We rented a storage unit here for a month. Bruce helped us check in and get our unit. He was very helpful and kind, provided wonderful customer service. He also helped us with checkout and it was a breeze. I must say this location on the weekends is extremely busy and parking is limited. If possible I would recommended week days using the facility. Overall great experience. Thanks Bruce for all your help!”

“When VA Natural Gas terminated propane service to our area America's stepped up to service our home. During this transition, all of the Amerigas employees have been helpful and courteous.”
