He also helped us with checkout and it was a breeze. I must say this location on the weekends is extremely busy and parking is limited. If possible I would recommended week days using the facility. “Hello. I never got the representatives name that helped me , but I'm very appreciative for him. I had an issue with the trailer's brakes after I picked it up, at a location closer to me. I stopped by this location for assistance. Another rep sent him out and he diagnosed the faulty issue. He attempted to fix the issue, but ultimately made arrangements for me swap trailers and be on my way so I could pick up my car before the shop closed. Thanks again.”
