Call the Movers LLC did numerous things to make themselves exceptionally easy to work with. 1) They were constantly communicating and always picked up the phone even before/after normal business hours. 2) They provided competitive pricing and were completely transparent with costs/fees. 3) Provided ad hoc "add on" services (like junk removal or donation transport). 4) Called ahead to let us know how far out they were. 5) Provided staff that spoke English and were on point with efficiency and effectiveness of their time. Never stood around "on the clock". 6) This last one takes the cake... allowed us to cancel very last minute (about 30 min before they were to show up) without charges or required rebooking at that time. A tiny little shelf peg fell off my headboard during the move. It is about the size of a thumbtack. It wasn't their fault that it fell out. They offered to replace it and I said don't worry about it.
