“What a great interaction!!! While driving to the Outer Banks for our wedding we managed to pick up a chunk of steel in our tire. We stopped here pretty much begging for help. The folks at NKM came to our immediate rescue. They took the damaged tire into the shop and repaired the damaged tire. They proceeded to remove the temporary spare, replaced it in the truck, and put the repaired tire back on my car. All within 10 minutes. That alone would get them a 5 star review!!! When I tried to pay them, they refused payment and said this is our wedding gift to you. They could have charged me any price and I would have gladly paid it, they knew this and graciously gave my wife to be and me one of the greatest gifts we will receive during the happy time of our lives. “Great place to get gas...easy in and out, employees always friendly. The onley negative is the extremely loud thumping boom music that many of the customers are blaring from their stereos while they are pumping gas. Would be nice if the owners could make it a policy to refuse service to customers when they leave their stereos blaring...”

“I came to this Royal Farms on 8/13 and I had a very good experience here and was able to find all of the products that I was looking for, quick and easy checkout. The only issue was that in the women’s bathroom only 1 stall was in service resulting in a line waiting for the bathroom and also there was no toilet paper instead there were napkins. Other than that little mishap my experience here was still rather pleasant.”

“Stopped here for breakfast recently and they have advertised 2 for $6 breakfast sandwiches, found out it only applies to sandwiches in the warmer after i had already ordered. So we were going to just buy 1 sandwich and the young lady Ashley cooking took it upon herself to offer to pay for both herself which was greatly appreciated. Ive always experienced great customer service here otherwise.”
