“I've really enjoyed this cozy little area—it's been a great spot for me coming from out of town. It's been a nice change from the big city, where rents can be over $2,000 for a one-bedroom apartment; here, I found a two-bedroom townhome for well under $1,500. Like with any place, there are some things to keep in mind, but the maintenance team is always quick to help, and the office staff are super friendly and approachable. Overall, my experience has been pretty positive. I’d definitely recommend Crater Square!”

“Not a bad place at all. Ol' Town Petersburg is pleasant with plenty of restaurants and not too far from Colonial Heights, Hopewell, Chesterfield County and the state's capital, Richmond, is not even 30 minutes away via I-95. Great place for students and our men and women in the service. Prices can be better but a good place to lay your head”
