“Applying and processing was quick and easy. However, for some reason my auto pay was stopped and I signed up again for autopay and it stopping AGAIN! With all the scams going on, I have trouble trusting all the emails and text messages and feel like once I sign up for autopay, it should not require additional signups! Very frustrating and distracting with my busy schedule”

“I visited this store after visiting the big box stores. Gave salesman pic of current fridge dimensions and I was able to go a size bigger. On delivery day, I expected disappointment because the guys said the fridge wouldn’t fit thru door. Nothing they couldn’t handle they said, we’ll disassemble and reassemble in the house!!!! In less than a hr, fridge installed, running. A truly great experience and if I need appliances in future, I’m going back to this store. Highly recommended.”

“Everything went PERFECTLY. Order for the Gas Grill was made over the Internet - Kenmore 4 Burner with Side Burner. It was delivered to my home, and person from Assembly Box (thru Home Depot) came and assembled - all done in 6 days. Wonderful. Great product that looks great. Home Depot and Assembler both gave status reports and texts, calls, e-mails, along the process/progress. I was quite impressed! This is the 3rd (same) grill I've had, usually lasts about 10 years. Burns so evenly, stays in like new appearance, and price $400 + $110 Assembly Fee is worth it and fair. Also has a large easy to take in and out grease tray. Highly recommend this product and Home Depo's Service.”

“I normally see pretty mediocre reviews when it comes to Home Depots. Comments and reviews range from unhelpful staff to knowing more than the staff and lack of inventory. But I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this Home Depot. All of the above were untrue. One staff (I'm sorry I cant remember his name) helped me the entire time. He could have just pawned me off to another employee, but he took pride in knowing he can get me an answer or piece of equipmenr despite not being from that particular part of the store. I was just really impressed by that work ethic and his willingness to help. So thank you for that.”
