“Miles is my favorite, he’s been there since the beginning when I first started renting due to having car maintenance issues. I’ve been renting a car for probably over a month now and he’s always working & super helpful. I walked in there saying I wanted the cheapest available, cheapest everything and he didn’t judge me in the slightest haha may have had dumb questions too and seemed clueless cause it was my first time renting but he didn’t treat me stupid in any way so I appreciated that a lot. Miles Provides excellent customer service and is very generous. I had to switch rentals at one point so they can do a check up on the car & the next day I realized I left my keychain with my house keys and car keys on it (inside the car). Miles called me first thing in the morning!! told me about it and kept them safe for me so that really relieved me!! thankful for this place, everyone is kind and very helpful!!”

“I booked a small SUV through Priceline and there were no issues with pick up. It was one of the fastest rental pickups ever and we were in and out in probably 10 minutes. I was given a Mitsubishi Outlander and it was adequate for 3 adults. I did call in advance because we needed to drop it off a day early and some rental car companies charge extra. I was told there would be no additional fees and all turned out fine at drop off. The location is conveniently located right off the freeway and the staff was friendly.* Update 1 week later... just got a refund to my credit card of $20.58! I wasn't expecting that at all for returning 1 day early. What a nice surprise!”
