I dropped off a car on March the fourth and picked up a car April the first. He was friendly, supportive, helpful and kind. I wish every company or business made sure their employees were so kind.”

“I rented a 7-passenger vehicle online through Budget Rental Car this past weekend and received a confirmation for my reservation. At some point, there was an issue and it looked like there was a possibility I might not receive the vehicle I booked. Mrs. Juanita personally called me to explain the situation and let me know she would continue working on it, although she could not make any promises. The next day, I stopped by to check whether my rental would be available, and the first thing she said was, “Yes!” Mrs. Juanita went the extra mile to make sure I received the vehicle I reserved, even when things did not look promising. I would like to say again: Mrs. Juanita, thank you for working so diligently to secure the vehicle I was depending on, and thank you for providing such great customer service. Whenever I am back in town and need a vehicle, I will definitely be calling you.”

“I booked a small SUV through Priceline and there were no issues with pick up. It was one of the fastest rental pickups ever and we were in and out in probably 10 minutes. I was given a Mitsubishi Outlander and it was adequate for 3 adults. I did call in advance because we needed to drop it off a day early and some rental car companies charge extra. I was told there would be no additional fees and all turned out fine at drop off. The location is conveniently located right off the freeway and the staff was friendly.* Update 1 week later... just got a refund to my credit card of $20.58! I wasn't expecting that at all for returning 1 day early. What a nice surprise!”
