“I can’t speak enough good things about this place! When insurance sends you somewhere, you automatically assume the employees won’t be friendly or accommodating, but this location gave me the opposite experience. Will be using them again if I ever need a rental!”
“Yohance Goodrich saved the day! We got there right at closing time due to traffic in the area and instead of turning us away he stayed a little later to ensure we got our rental as we were heading down to Florida that same night!! My family is so grateful!! Thanks again Yohance!!!! Besides the customer service the Chrysler van we rented was very comfortable, modern, clean and gas efficient! 10/10 experience!!”
“To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to provide a five-star review and to give my highest recommendation for Ms. Ashleigh Randolph, who works at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on Hull Street. I have been a regular customer at this branch for some time, and each experience I have had with Ashleigh has been exceptional. Her level of professionalism, care, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stands out and deserves recognition at a national level. As a tall individual, finding a comfortable vehicle that suits my needs is not always easy. Each time I visit, Ashleigh goes above and beyond to ensure that I am placed in a vehicle that not only accommodates my height but also makes my travel experience smooth and enjoyable. She has taken the time to learn my preferences and always greets me with a warm smile, ready to assist without hesitation. That level of attentiveness is rare and something I greatly appreciate. On my most recent rental, I was recovering from a knee injury. Traveling in a smaller or uncomfortable car would have been extremely difficult for me. Ashleigh recognized this right away and made sure I was placed in a larger, more accessible vehicle that gave me both comfort and peace of mind for my trip. Her thoughtfulness and proactive approach turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and stress-free one. It is not only Ashleigh’s personal service that makes the difference but also the positive culture she fosters with her team. Every interaction I’ve had with staff at the Hull Street location reflects professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care for customers. It is clear that her leadership, presence, and example elevate the entire branch. The pleasant and welcoming environment makes it easy to return again and again with confidence that I will be well taken care of. In today’s fast-paced world, excellent customer service can sometimes be overlooked, but Ashleigh embodies it in every way. She treats each customer as a priority, pays attention to details that matter, and ensures that people leave not only with the right vehicle but also with a positive experience. That is why I feel strongly that she should receive recognition that extends beyond the local branch. The qualities she demonstrates are those that reflect the very best of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In closing, I want to sincerely thank Ashleigh Randolph and her entire team at the Hull Street location for consistently going the extra mile. Ashleigh’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication to service make her an invaluable asset to the company. I wholeheartedly give her and the branch a five-star review and encourage Enterprise to recognize her contributions on a broader, national scale.”
“Excellent service, Liam was great and kept us informed of everything the insurance company was covering due to the accident. Will definitely use Enterprise again!!”
“Seamless process from online reservation to pick up and drop off. Staff was great- bent over backwards for us to get a minivan, which we needed with 3 car seats. Thank you!”
“We found the owner-operator to be fair with us. We did not encounter any serious issues. When one or two minor issues did arise, there was a quick response and resolution.”
“Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Ride 4 Less in Lancaster! Mike went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. He was incredibly helpful, let me park my car on-site without any hassle, and didn’t try to overcharge or upsell me—just honest, straightforward service. I accidentally left something in the Vehicle, and Mike had no problem helping me retrieve it, quickly and without a bad attitude. He’s a true class act. You don’t come across people like him often—anyone would be lucky to do business with Mike. Highly recommend!”
“I've rented from here several times, always professional and great service. But I would strongly suggest reserving days in advanced as last minute reservations aren't always possible at MOST Budget/ Avis facilities.”
“If you need a vehicle for a group of people or to move things, Apple Car and Truck Rental is a good place to rent cars for a reasonable price. The vehicles were clean and in good shape. Although communication was tougha d not so clear, dealing with a small business is much easier than a big rental company. This makes it really convenient for a group or yourself. I enjoyed working with him and would do again 10/10.I'm so satisfied with this place, if you need a car or a truck, this is the place to get it.”
“So thankful for Juanita Mitchell. After another location didn’t have a truck rental ready for me, she dropped everything to help us. She made sure we had proper coverage and helped us find a drop off location close to our destination. Moving is stressful but she put us at ease! Thank you!”
“I rented a 7-passenger vehicle online through Budget Rental Car this past weekend and received a confirmation for my reservation. At some point, there was an issue and it looked like there was a possibility I might not receive the vehicle I booked. Mrs. Juanita personally called me to explain the situation and let me know she would continue working on it, although she could not make any promises. The next day, I stopped by to check whether my rental would be available, and the first thing she said was, “Yes!” Mrs. Juanita went the extra mile to make sure I received the vehicle I reserved, even when things did not look promising. I would like to say again: Mrs. Juanita, thank you for working so diligently to secure the vehicle I was depending on, and thank you for providing such great customer service. Whenever I am back in town and need a vehicle, I will definitely be calling you.”
“I booked a small SUV through Priceline and there were no issues with pick up. It was one of the fastest rental pickups ever and we were in and out in probably 10 minutes. I was given a Mitsubishi Outlander and it was adequate for 3 adults. I did call in advance because we needed to drop it off a day early and some rental car companies charge extra. I was told there would be no additional fees and all turned out fine at drop off. The location is conveniently located right off the freeway and the staff was friendly.* Update 1 week later... just got a refund to my credit card of $20.58! I wasn't expecting that at all for returning 1 day early. What a nice surprise!”
“I have used this location multiple times over the years and every single time is an amazing experience! They have always been extremely professional, friendly, and Knowledgeable! I have used other rental car locations and and companies and none of the compare to the experiences I've had with them! Gerald and Stephanie are amazing to work with and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else! If you need a rental or moving truck this is definitely the location to do business with!”
