“I rented a 7-passenger vehicle online through Budget Rental Car this past weekend and received a confirmation for my reservation. At some point, there was an issue and it looked like there was a possibility I might not receive the vehicle I booked. Mrs. Juanita personally called me to explain the situation and let me know she would continue working on it, although she could not make any promises. The next day, I stopped by to check whether my rental would be available, and the first thing she said was, “Yes!” Mrs. Juanita went the extra mile to make sure I received the vehicle I reserved, even when things did not look promising. “I booked a small SUV through Priceline and there were no issues with pick up. It was one of the fastest rental pickups ever and we were in and out in probably 10 minutes. I was given a Mitsubishi Outlander and it was adequate for 3 adults. I did call in advance because we needed to drop it off a day early and some rental car companies charge extra. I was told there would be no additional fees and all turned out fine at drop off. The location is conveniently located right off the freeway and the staff was friendly.* Update 1 week later... just got a refund to my credit card of $20.58! I wasn't expecting that at all for returning 1 day early. What a nice surprise!”
