“This is a very small store in comparison to other Dollar General stores, however, they do keep the shelves stocked and with many things you cannot find anywhere else! The prices on alot of things are much cheaper than other stores too. The employees always greet me and are helpful should I need it. The reason for the four stars is because the store, always, appears to be cluttered and this is due to the size along with an abundance of stuff!”

“We stopped here passing through driving from Fort Lauderdale to Bangor Maine. Road weary, cold/tired & just over it…..of all the countless stops made for gas or snacks or bathroom or just to walk around and stretch legs, Barbara the cashier/attendant put a smile on my face. Single handedley reminded me that life is too short to wallow in negativity or self pity. Sometimes it takes a complete stranger to make us remember and realize to be thankful for what we have. Everyday above ground is a good day….thx Barb!”

I actually just stop in and think of something to buy because I love your cashier Jessie. She is so awesome and super nice. “Okay so first of all, as I walk into the store, I got all types of bad vibes. It was small and..... Snug but I've been wanting to give them a try. I got a steak and cheese and figured I'd wait in the car due to COVID and their lack of space. WHEN I TELL YOU I WAS SUPPRISED, the steak & cheese was perfect!! The onion rings were crispy but I was cool with that. It came with a drink as well and the service was great. I give credit where credit is do. The prices are good and the atmosphere was frendly. Considering the location, it was well lit.”

“I go here for groceries consistently and never have any issues. The employees are usually nice, but I typically use the self-checkout (there are 4 self-checkout stations in total, and all are up and running every time I go). The shelves are organized so it's easy to grab what you need and I've never had much trouble squeezing my cart through the aisles unless it's crowded. Sometimes I have to sit down on the floor due to a medical condition and I've never been given any issues by the workers over this. There's a good amount of options here and the bakery and deli food are consistent.”

“I live down the road from here, so I go here pretty frequently. They have two self-checkout kiosks which I use all the time because this location is very understaffed and they're constantly firing and hiring employees. I rarely see the same person working here for long. The store is pretty easy to navigate, and employees will usually help you if you have any questions, but because of how inconsistent this place is, your experience could be different. It's a good place to get snacks and supplies and there's a gas station right beside it as well, so it makes for a great stop off of I-95.”

“I ordered the Oxtails, jolloff rice, plantains and cabbage… it did not disappoint! From the tender meat and perfectly cooked rice it was a welcomed experience! Solomon even went and got me some ice for my drink! The waiter was great and even took the time to demonstrate to my dinner partner how to properly cleanse her hands and enjoy her Fudu and egusi soup!! The whole atmosphere was welcoming and I’ll will be back!!”

“I ran into a local Food Lion to grab a variety of lunch meat for submarine sandwiches. I got to the counter and the deli worker greeted me with the biggest, friendly smile. She told me about the specials and answered all of my questions. When I selected the meats, she asked how I wanted them sliced. She asked me what I was making and offered some slice sizes that would enhance my submarine sandwich. She was so very helpful.I looked at the breads and decided on some freshly baked sub rolls. They even had a submarine oil that was designed to give my sandwich an authentic sub taste. I went to the produce section and everything looked fresh and was presented nicely. The floors were clean and free of debris. The fresh options made my choices fun. I got some fresh lettuce and tomatoes for my sub. I was also able to grab some freshly sliced fruit medley to have as a snack. I was surprised they had those options available. I went to check out and the cashier was swamped with customers, but kept an amazing attitude. He checked me out and asked for my MVP card. He bagged my items quickly and wished me a great rest of the day. I was so delighted the customer service is alive and well.”

“This store is fine. Ive never gotten any bad food there so i dont know anything about the older reviews. They have good prices on meats like chicken, pork chops, and steaks which is usually what i buy there. There are two ladies that work at the register. I believe mother and daughter. Neither has been rude to me ever. The only man ive seen working there works in the back and rarely comes out unless hes stocking produce. So ive never had a bad experience with him either. I would say my favorite employee is the mom. I go there regularly so she kind of used to me i guess. But there have bern times when plenty of people were in the store and ive never seen them being rude to anyone else either. So unless your picture is on the wall of shame (theives i guess) there is no reason not to shop here.”
