“My saviors! My battery died on a rainy Friday evening and I called Auto Zone, Pep Boys, Walmart to see if they would install a new one real quick before they closed. Auto Zone didn’t want to do it because it was raining. Pep Boys said it would take them an hour to install. These guys at Advanced Auto rolled up their sleeves and helped me out with no hesitation. I was in and out in 15 mins. They really did get me back on the road! Thank you so much.”

“Great and friendly staff, always up to help and clean location. I’ve rarely encountered days where they didn’t have what I needed, and coming from a BMW that says a lot.
Only time I was disappointed is when I had to return a code reader. I’m a former employee at Advance myself, and one employee gave me a hard time processing return stating that “they have a special coding and we can tell if they were used” which I’ve never heard of or seen myself and I have a very hard time believing…. Otherwise I recommend this location all day”

“I buy most of my supplies and parts from this location specifically, mainly because of the professionalism, positivity and wonderful customer satisfaction that the staff delivers. Each time I go, no matter which employee it is, I get the same experience. I generally go early in the morning, and everyone there appears to be a moring person, because they're so upbeat. Even if I have to make a return (which most often is my own fault), they've been known to follow up via phone to make sure that I got what I needed. It's a great unit overall, I actually dread when they don't have the items that I'm looking for, because I know first hand that the experience at their (very nearby) competitors pales in comparison. I do lots of my own work to my vehicles, but they've offered to help me install things, and I've witnessed them doing exactly that on multiple occasions for others, even in the rain. This is the location to go to for fast and quality service by a great set of teammembers.”

“I broke my front bumper and needed it entirely replaced. I went to Fender Benders Saturday morning (I broke the bumper Friday night), and Mr. Mike was super friendly and helpful! He quickly assessed the damage, gave me a fare estimate, and told me how the process would work. Mr. Mike patched up the bumper so it was safe to drive until I could bring it in for repair, which I greatly appreciated as I use my car daily! He updated me on when the bumper was ordered, when it would be painted, and when I should bring it in for installation. When I called or texted with questions, he was quick to respond. I had my accident on Friday and had a new bumper by the following Thursday! I am a student at CNU, and I would recommend this place to any students! It is super close to campus, which gave my parents peace of mind knowing I didn't need to drive too far with a partly broken bumper held loosely together with duct tape! Thank you again!”
