“Knowledgeable, but allow plenty of time, maybe weeks, when it comes to timing the appointment with weather that's going to give lab results that are usable. Actual appointment was less than 20 mins for a single family home to have two tests, $50 each. They did tape and moisture tests on areas of concern and addressed all questions. The company is great, Hampton Roads summer weather pushed this appointment so exercise patience with the Virginia weather in mind when setting your appointment.”

“The staff are nice, they're very polite… The only problem is they don't order my prescription until it's called in. I have never seen this in any Pharmacy, most pharmacist know when your prescription is due , it's in the computer, and order medication beforehand to make sure they have it when it's needed. I do pray that they work on that because we shop at that store, and only that Store. 🥺”

“My go to CVS! Get the CVS ExtraCare card and you will save SO MUCH! Especially great for parents with babies. I was able to utilize sales and stock up on diapers in advance. I can usually find what I am looking for, sometimes stock is low. Customer service is good, I feel welcomed when I arrive and any questions are generally answered. Their pharmacy is my favorite, their staff is so friendly and hard working.”

“Very clean and organized. When the line was long a very nice lady came and helped. She had awesome manners and was very friendly. When it was my turn she told me I could go there vs waiting for the cashier who was finishing a customer. I thought that was very nice to take that extra time vs going to so something else. She enrolled me in the new Walgreens point system so smoothly and I was able to save $10 since I had points I didn't even know about. Thank y'all for being so nice and having manners. It means so much. Will definitely return.”

“My family and I use this locations stire front and pharmacy regularly and it is a pleasure every time. For being the only pharmacy/drug store in town or really even close by I think this location does a wonderful job of keeping the store clean, storcked, and the atmosphere friendly. There is a large amount of parking, often necessary as it is the ONLY location in town. Making the single drive-through troublesome ar certain times, but a little patience goes a long way in life. Parking lot has always been clean and well lit. The same can be said for inside as well. The store always appears clean and clutter free. This is a VERY well stocked location! Pricing seems to always be visible and updated. It is smaller than most of the other CVS locations in Hampton and Newport News. Any time we have found a need for the restrooms we have found them clean. Staff at this pharmacy are top tier. Medication is a tricky business, and it seems everyone feels their situation is the most pressing of the day, but this location has always handled all of our familys business with urgency, privacy, and accuracy. They remember me by name and always seem genuinely happy to help. We travel out of town specifically to have our mediations fill here for that very purpose.”
