Very knowledgeable and quick with answers concerning make models and problems no matter the issue. Although I'm a female I wasn't made to feel as a second class citizen and that means more than you'll ever know. Thanks for the understanding and patience. I have been going to this Advance store now over 5 maybe even 6 years now. The customer service is always always on time. They are always supportive and helpful in every way.And for me.Thats AWESOME! THANKS
