“I got in an accident then fixed everything up brand new it have been about 6 months and I have had no random problems pop up since they fixed it. I also went to pick up the van and asked about my other vehicle that I scratched up on the number and asked for a quote and the guy just buffed it right out for me and showed me how to do it. They are very nice in there and you can tell they love that they do. There was a situation where one of the guys was not able to get to the job because he was sick and delayed the process for like 2 days but the company made sure that was communicated to me. Also you have one tech that is the lead of your repairs and they are easily accessible when requested”

We stopped here on our way to Outer Banks as inexperienced RVers ?(borrowing a friend’s camper and helping do some repairs on it) and we got excellent help from Steve G to get some parts we knew needed replacing.Seems hard to find great customer service these days and this was an AWESOME experience.I bit out of our way, but we would gladly go out of our way again if needed.”

“Juan has gone above and beyond to help us get our Honda Accord Ex back on the road. Car went in for a blown head gasket, we ended up ordering another motor with 87000 miles and a 6 month warranty which we thought was pretty good. It's taking a little longer than expected to get the car back, but I agree with the owner when he said I would rather have it take a little more time so I know it's done right. Juan even said he would fix a few other things for free, which helps us alot. He even through in a few surprises and I was def. Surprised at the work I've seen so far. “We are moving soon and i needed a place to take my 24' Car Hauler to get some maintenance and repairs. I looked and looked for a place, i called at LEAST a dozen places who were booked out for weeks, then I fortuitously found Leonard Buildings & Trucks. I wish i had known about this place sooner, between my personal trucks and trailers i would have been here A LOT! When i called, Grayson immediately answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. He said to bring it by and, since it was a little larger than they typically worked on, he could assess it and let me know if they could help. I dropped it off on Thursday and picked it up on Monday! The service was friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was easy to find. Their inventory is impressive. The price was more than fair. I'll be back for any of my truck, trailer, misc. towing needs!”

“Asked for Turn Signal Lights for a 2001 Toyota 4 Runner the Guy gives me Turn Signals for a Ford Truck I'm like wth he even looked it up and he told me that's the number on the pack to say I need each time ? but they didn't fit my 4 Runner so surely check what ya ask for before buying now I got to go back and return the lights more time out my day.. “I went in for a replacement battery for my key fob and to find out my key fob was malfunctioning because it had water on the inside. They advise me to take it home and dry it out with a hair dryer. I did exactly what they asked me to do And it made my key fob work again. Thanks O’Reilly crew.”
