“I purchased a dryer about two weeks ago the dryer works very great, very quiet. The process was smooth and the customer service from Mr. Harry was so patient, we had a small bump but that was easily fixed with good communication and his staff was also a pleasure to work with. I would recommend great prices!”

He took me Nextdoor to Lee and I was out in 10 minutes with a like new unit for $250. They were honest and quick s I think I found my new appliance go to guy!!”

“Great customer service. Mikayla was fantastic tonight helping me. I ordered a phone online and came to pick it up today. The system was having issues and wouldn't update the status. .It was saying the phone would be trasy foe pixkup today, but was not ready. I chose to come to the atore 30inutes before it closed in hipes of getting the phone.
I asked one service member for help and she said there was nothing she could do.....
As the store was about to close I asked for help from a different person. Mikayla looked at the situation and went out of her way to check the shelves and escalate to her support crew in store.
The phone was not available in the store, but this help from the staff made it possible for me to change the store pickup location to another store that actually has the phone.
Rather than me waiting, this was fantastic.

“This post is purely based off of Walter or John as his Home Depot smock said. No literally it said my name is Walter or John and when I asked about it he said it's either. I'll answer to both. My husband and I came in with a long list of needs and we really don't have a clue what we are doing with some of these projects. Walter/John was not phased at all and was more than willing to walk around with us and assist. He took his time and explained the different products and made us very comfortable with our purchases. He did all of this with a smile on his face and some funny jokes. Thanks Walter/John for making an experience I really wasn't looking forward to into a pleasant experience.”
“Edith was nice but very blunt basically telling me that if we didn't make our payment they would call and call the references and then come knock on our door to get payment. I found it to come off rude. Then I asked if I'd be able to pick up the system today and she said no we have to deliver it so that we know where you live. Again found that to be off putting.”

“We purchased online and picked it up in the store. We wish this location would either have more employees or offer curbside because there is always a wait to get your items. The employees are friendly and helpful, but there never seems to be enough of them, because we always have to go locate one if we need help.”
